Job Summary

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Accounts Executive to support the organizations accounting financial reporting inventory management and compliance functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting knowledge analytical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate financial records including journal entries ledgers and daily accounting transactions.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes ensuring timely collections and payments.
  • Prepare statutory schedules and support compliance with VAT SSCL WHT and other regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and reconcile inventory records ensuring accurate stock accounting and reporting.
  • Perform bank reconciliations cash management activities and payment processing.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities including account reconciliations.
  • Prepare management reports including revenue sales receivables payables and aging reports.
  • Support budgeting profitability analysis and financial reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the accuracy of financial and operational information.
  • Assist with audits and support continuous improvement of accounting processes and controls.
Candidate Profile
  • Part qualification in CA ACCA or CIMA or a Degree/Diploma in Accounting Finance or a related field.
  • 13 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance role.
  • Experience in the automobile service trading or related industry would be an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and inventory management.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of VAT SSCL WHT and other statutory requirements.
  • Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
