Scrum Master (Digital Transformation)

We are looking for a Scrum Master (Digital Transformation) to support multidisciplinary teams in the adoption and evolution of Agile practices fostering a culture of collaboration continuous improvement and a focus on delivering value.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up Sprint Planning Sprint Review and Retrospective).
• Support teams in adopting and applying Agile methodologies.
• Remove impediments and facilitate the resolution of obstacles affecting team productivity.
• Promote continuous improvement through the analysis of metrics and team feedback.
• Work closely with Product Owners technical teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure transparency and visibility regarding the progress of initiatives.
• Foster a culture of autonomy collaboration and accountability.
• Support change management and the organizations Agile transformation.
• Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions between teams.

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile teams.
• Solid knowledge of the Scrum framework and Agile principles.
• Experience facilitating ceremonies and workshops.
• Ability to manage conflict and foster alignment across teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with tools such as Jira Azure DevOps or similar.
• Good command of English.

NICE TO HAVE

• Scrum Master certification (PSM CSM or equivalent).
• Experience in digital transformation environments.
• Knowledge of Kanban SAFe Lean or other Agile methodologies.
• Experience with software development and/or infrastructure teams.
• Background in Management Computer Engineering or a related field.
