Program Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex large-scale Banking and Financial Services programs ensuring alignment with business objectives strategic priorities regulatory requirements and expected outcomes
• Establish and manage robust data-driven program governance including steering committees governance forums escalation mechanisms executive reporting delivery controls and program assurance
• Develop and manage integrated program plans covering scope timelines milestones dependencies resources budgets and benefits using data-driven insights and AI-assisted forecasting to improve planning and predict delivery deviations
• Drive delivery assurance through data-driven monitoring of program KPIs milestones quality financial performance resource utilization compliance security and overall program health using dashboards and trend analysis
• Manage the full program lifecycle including vendor management operational readiness deployment transition and handover benefits realization continuous improvement and closure while leveraging AI and automation to improve governance and delivery efficiency
• Drive Agile and Scrum adoption across program teams ensuring effective ceremonies and coaching Project Managers and delivery teams to align with Agile principles and continuous improvement practices
• Drive resource and capacity planning across the program ensuring the required skills and capabilities are available to meet delivery commitments
• Ensure adherence to Security-by-Design principles Secure SDLC practices vulnerability management and automated security and engineering practices throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Collaborate with architecture engineering security operations and business teams to ensure solutions meet business operational security performance availability scalability and reliability requirements

Person Specifications

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology or a related discipline with 1315 years of experience managing complex technology programs and transformations within Banking Financial Services FinTech or Payments
• Proven understanding of AI-enabled delivery practices including prompt engineering and AI-assisted tools with the ability to leverage AI for planning forecasting reporting risk analysis and delivery efficiency
• Understanding modern engineering practices including Git CI/CD pipelines APIs automated documentation (Swagger/OpenAPI) Security-by-Design principles and Secure SDLC practices
• Understanding non-functional requirements and the ability to support solutions focused on performance scalability availability reliability and security
• Strong understanding of Agile Scrum Waterfall and Hybrid delivery methodologies with the ability to apply appropriate governance and delivery approaches based on program requirements
• Good understanding of information security data privacy regulatory compliance operational resilience business continuity and risk management practices relevant to the Banking and Financial Services industry
• Strong commitment to continuous learning innovation quality continuous improvement and delivery excellence
