• Proficiency in Windows Server Administration is mandatory (OS like: 2008R2 2012R).
• Hands-on experience with OS Patching is a must (especially for Windows Server).
• Knowledge of Hyper-V Administration is advantageous.
• Proficiency in VMware administration including virtual machine management.
• Flexible work model shift Mon-Fri 22.00h-06h:00 (PT Time).
• Solid understanding of Security and Antivirus systems is necessary.

• Experience 3 years in IT industry.
• Basic knowledge of troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge ITIL process and ticketing system.
• Basic knowledge of Patch Management and Antivirus solutions.
• Hyper-V and Veritas Cluster concepts.
• ITIL V4 certification or equivalent knowledge is required.
• Good level of English.
