Job Description :

• Project Execution & Coordination
  oCoordinate mechanical and MEP-related activities during construction and fit-out stages
  oEnsure installations adhere to approved drawings specifications and operational requirements
  oMonitor project progress and proactively resolve delays or technical issues
  oSupport timely project completion testing and handover
• Procurement & Installation
  oManage purchasing installation and commissioning of kitchen and café food preparation equipment
  oOversee procurement and installation of generators hoists and utility systems
  oVerify equipment specifications utility needs and installation standards
  oCoordinate supplier submissions quotations and technical evaluations
• Systems & Utilities Management
  oEnsure proper installation and operation of LPG/gas systems and mechanical utilities
  oCoordinate testing and commissioning to ensure operational readiness before store openings
  oMonitor system performance and ensure compliance with technical standards
• Fire & Safety Compliance
  oCoordinate installation of fire detection and protection systems
  oEnsure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications
  oSupport inspections testing and corrective actions prior to handover
• Stakeholder Management & Reporting
  oMaintain strong coordination with contractors consultants and internal teams
  oPrepare progress reports documentation and technical records
  oEnsure clear communication throughout project execution
• Continuous Improvement & Professional Conduct
  oIdentify opportunities to improve processes and project efficiency
  oMaintain a proactive learning-oriented approach
  oFollow company safety standards procedures and ethical practices
  

Candidate Profile :

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field with fresh graduates encouraged to apply
• Internship or academic project exposure in construction MEP or building services is an added advantage
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems such as HVAC fire protection systems LPG/gas systems or commercial kitchen equipment
• Good working knowledge of AutoCAD for preparing or modifying technical drawings
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to review technical information and support practical solutions
• Effective communication and coordination skills to work with contractors suppliers consultants and internal teams
• High attention to detail to ensure installations comply with drawings specifications and safety standards
• Good planning and organizational skills to manage multiple project tasks efficiently
• Positive attitude with strong teamwork and professionalism in a fast-paced project environment
• Willingness to learn adapt and grow while maintaining compliance with safety and operational standards
