Responsibilities

• Develop implement and maintain food safety occupational health & safety and Sustainability policies and procedures across the property.
• Ensure compliance with food safety occupational health & safety and environmental regulations.
• Implementation of FSSC 22000 ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standard requirements.
• Conduct internal audits in line with international and brand standards inspections and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure audit readiness.
• Drive sustainability ESG and CSR initiatives to reduce environmental impact enhance resource efficiency and promote responsible business operations.
• Monitor hygiene and food safety standards across all food preparation storage and service areas.
• Monitor and verify CCPs OPRPs and PRPs processes to ensure food safety compliance and effective risk control.
• Conduct training and awareness programs to promote a strong culture of safety hygiene and sustainability among employees.
• Investigate incidents non-conformances and customer complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor utility consumption waste management recycling practices and environmental performance indicators.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness plans safety drills and compliance-related activities.
• Prepare and maintain food safety health & safety ESG and compliance reports and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal departments suppliers auditors and external stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement and compliance.

Eligibility Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Food Science Occupational Health & Safety Environmental Science Sustainability or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Food Safety Health & Safety and Sustainability management preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of food safety occupational health & safety environmental regulations FSSC 22000 ISO 22000 ISO 45001 ISO 14001 Travelife standards and sustainability reporting.
• Professional certifications in food safety health & safety or sustainability will be an added advantage (NEBOSH/NIOSH/lead auditor and HACCP qualifications).

• Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to identify risks implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
