Job Overview
Our client is looking for a motivated and energetic Junior Sales Executive to join their growing sales team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales client relationship building and technology solutions. The selected candidate will support business growth by identifying new opportunities engaging with clients and promoting enterprise software solutions to businesses across Sri Lanka.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls meetings and networking
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Conduct client meetings and product presentations
Assist in generating leads and following up on inquiries
Support the sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and support
Maintain accurate sales records and client information
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales business development or a similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of English and Sinhala
Ability to confidently interact with corporate clients
Willingness to travel for client meetings within Colombo and surrounding areas
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
A positive attitude with strong negotiation and presentation skills
Interest in IT ERP HRM or software solutions will be an added advantage
