We are hiring aJunior Project Manager to join our team inLisbon (hybrid work).
Your main responsabilities you will be:
- Design and deliver digital learning and training content
- Support the internal KYC platform through incident tracking and stakeholder communications
- Maintain and update training materials documentation and knowledge repositories
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to align training and communications with operational changes
- Support transformation initiatives Agile activities and change management projects
- Coordinate meetings monitor action items and contribute to internal communications
- Education Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration Economics Law Media Communications or a related field
- 1-2years of relevant internship/trainee experience
- Strong desire to understand KYC/AML regulations client servicing processes data management fundamentals and product incident handling
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint Excel Word)
- Knowledge of e learning authoring tools or graphic design platforms.
- Proficiency with video editing tools (Camtasia AdobePremiereRush) and graphic design tools (PowerPoint Canva)
- Agile Mindset Familiarity with Scrum/Kanban ceremonies (daily stand up sprint planning retrospectives).
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Availability to work in Lisbon
