We are looking for an Infrastructure System Administrator to join our IT team. We seek a professional with strong technical skills a problem-solving mindset and experience administering hybrid environments ensuring the availability security and performance of the organizations technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and monitor Windows and/or Linux servers.
• Manage virtualized environments (VMware Hyper-V or equivalent).
• Implement and maintain backup and recovery solutions.
• Monitor system availability performance and capacity.
• Manage network infrastructure storage and critical services.
• Support migration upgrade and technology modernization projects.
• Ensure the implementation of security and compliance policies.
• Resolve incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Produce and maintain up-to-date technical documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems and infrastructure administration.
• Solid knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Experience with virtualization (VMware or Hyper-V).
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networking DNS DHCP and VPN.
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents.
• Good knowledge of technical English.

• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Knowledge of PowerShell or other scripting languages.
• Experience with monitoring tools.
• Microsoft VMware or equivalent certifications.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and system hardening.
