Senior Lead GENAI EngineerYears of Experience 5-7 YearsJob Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Lead GENAI Engineer with a strong background in Generative AI and agentic AI technologies. The ideal candidate will lead AI/ML engineering projects driving innovation and excellence in the development of AI solutions that enhance user experiences and operational Lead the design development and implementation of generative AI models and with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration and and guide junior engineers in best practices for AI/ML research on emerging AI technologies and trends to inform project the quality and performance of AI models through rigorous testing and project progress and results to stakeholders Skills Strong expertise in Generative AI and agentic AI in programming languages such as Python R or with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow PyTorch).Solid understanding of data structures algorithms and software engineering Skills Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud).Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and computer of ethical AI practices and bias mitigation Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.5-7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on generative track record of successful project delivery in AI/ML domains
