Job Overview

The Finance Manager will oversee financial operations reporting budgeting cash flow compliance and financial planning while providing strategic insights to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations and ensure accurate and timely financial information.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports for decision-making.
• Manage budgeting forecasting and financial planning.
• Monitor cash flow working capital and overall financial stability.
• Manage accounts payable receivable and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory statutory and internal policies.
• Liaise with auditors bankers and other stakeholders.
• Provide financial analysis and strategic insights to support organizational growth.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Full/Part qualification in CA/CIMA/ACCA.
• Bachelors Degree in Finance Accounting or Commerce.
• 35 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial and management accounting budgeting forecasting taxation and audit.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead a finance team.
