Job Overview
Support the planning coordination and execution of employee learning and development initiatives. The role focuses on organizing training programs maintaining training records identifying development needs and promoting continuous learning to enhance employee performance and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Leadership team to identify strategic and focused training needs periodically.
Coordinate with internal/external training providers ensuring effective scheduling and facilitating pre/post training discussions.
Overall responsibility of Planning Organizing and Execution of Training programs aligning with the Training Calendar.
Maintain comprehensive training-related data and deliver timely insights and reports to the Head of Division.
Lead the post-training evaluation process in accordance with the established evaluation framework.
Plan coordinate and conduct the monthly Induction program for new joiners (Executive & Above).
Responsible for the KPI setting process and ensure regular follow-up and monitoring of established KPIs.
Lead and support the execution of employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
Degree in Human Resource or relevant field from a recognized University with a passion for Learning & Development.
Diploma in Learning/Training & Development would be an added advantage.
01-02 years experience in Learning & Development.
Candidates must demonstrate excellent presentation skills experience in delivering training programs will be a distinct advantage.
Strong communication skills with Innovative mindset and creativity are essential.
A self-driven energetic and highly focused team player who is willing to achieve results a team.
