Deputy Manager – Business Development

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to support business growth within the Pet Animal segment. The role involves driving sales and marketing initiatives developing market expansion strategies managing customer and distributor relationships and leading promotional activities to strengthen brand presence and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets
• Support business development initiatives to expand market share
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships
• Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer requirements
• Ensure effective promotion and availability of pet animal products across channels
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns product launches and awareness programs

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree from a recognized university
• 24 years of experience in sales or marketing preferably in the pet animal or veterinary pharmaceutical industry
• Supervisory or managerial experience will be an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of pet animal products and market trends
• Excellent leadership communication and negotiation skills
• Strong teamwork and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
