Our client is a growing organization seeking an experienced Demand Management & Operations Lead to oversee demand planning sales performance ticket requirements and commercial operations across multiple channels.
Job Overview
The Demand Management & Operations Lead will own the end-to-end demand planning and operational cycle working closely with Sales Finance and Operations to forecast demand track performance manage ticket requirements and returns and ensure the business remains aligned with its targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop daily weekly and monthly demand forecasts by product channel and region.
- Build and maintain forecasting models based on seasonal trends promotions draw calendars and business activities.
- Translate business plans into rolling operating plans and update forecasts based on actual performance.
- Work with Finance to determine daily ticket requirements and manage stock availability.
- Oversee ticket returns reconciliations and related processes within required deadlines.
- Track sales performance across web app agent partner retail kiosk and other channels.
- Identify sales trends performance gaps and early warning signals.
- Set and monitor daily weekly and monthly targets across channels teams and partners.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with Sales and Finance teams.
- Maintain accurate sales stock returns and performance data.
- Develop dashboards and reports to provide management with clear business performance insights.
- Identify operational gaps and recommend corrective actions to improve sales and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain SOPs for forecasting ordering reconciliation returns approvals and escalations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant requirements and maintain accurate audit-ready records.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree in Business Finance Supply Chain Statistics or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- 36 years of experience in demand planning sales operations commercial planning or business analytics.
- Experience managing forecasts and targets in a high-volume fast-paced business environment.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Experience with Power BI Tableau Looker Studio or similar dashboard tools.
- Good understanding of forecasting inventory planning and variance analysis.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to connect sales performance with financial outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to challenge follow up and hold teams and stakeholders accountable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with daily deadlines and changing priorities.
