We are looking for a Business Intelligence Manager to join Capgemini Portugals Data & AI consulting team.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Business Intelligence and Data Analytics consulting projects.
• Manage project scope timelines budgets risks dependencies and delivery plans.
• Lead initiatives across the full BI and Analytics project lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and post-go-live support.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including BI consultants Data Analysts Data Engineers and Developers.
• Ensure projects are delivered according to agreed quality standards timelines and client expectations.
• Oversee data modelling reporting dashboard development testing deployment and user adoption activities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders throughout project delivery.

• At least 7 years of experience in Business Intelligence Data Analytics Data Management or related fields.
• Proven experience managing consulting projects and client engagements.
• Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end BI and Analytics solutions.
• Strong understanding of Business Intelligence and Data Analytics principles.
• Experience with BI platforms such as Power BI Tableau Qlik or similar.
• Knowledge of Data Warehousing Data Modelling ETL/ELT processes and Analytics ecosystems.
• Understanding of modern cloud-based data platforms is highly desirable.
• Strong track record of stakeholder management at both operational and executive levels.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex delivery environments.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Relevant certifications in BI Analytics Cloud or Data Platforms are advantageous
