- Gather and document business requirements through interviews workshops and process analysis;
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams for alignment and clarity;
- Monitor projects ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- At least 3 years of experience in Business Analysis;
- Knowledgeable in Agile and Waterfall methodologies for project delivery:
- Skilled in stakeholder management UAT support and clear technical documentation;
- Proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
