AI Capability & Delivery Lead

What youll do

• Lead AI enablement initiatives across engineering teams.
• Identify opportunities where AI can create value for client products.
• Build proofs of concept (PoCs) prototypes and reference implementations.
• Guide teams on the responsible and effective use of AI tools and technologies.
• Assess the feasibility business value and implementation approach for AI initiatives.
• Conduct workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions to accelerate AI adoption.

What were looking for

• Strong understanding of modern AI concepts AI agents and prompt engineering.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot and Cursor).
• Experience working with LLMs such as OpenAI Claude Gemini or Azure AI Services.
• Solid software engineering skills in Python Java C# or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI and machine learning (ML) services.
• Ability to evaluate benchmark and select AI models for specific use cases.
• Understanding of AI observability evaluation testing and guardrails.
• Experience with model fine-tuning (or knowledge of when and why to fine-tune).
• Ability to assess the feasibility costs and implementation effort of AI initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Artificial Intelligence or a related field.
• 5 years of software engineering experience including at least 2 years delivering AI-enabled solutions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain AI concepts effectively to stakeholders.
• Experience in software services or consulting environments is preferred.
