Account Manager (Banking & Financial Services)

Are you passionate about building strong client relationships and driving business growth We are looking for a commercially driven Account Manager to join our team and work closely with clients in the banking and financial services sector.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong relationship management background within the banking industry who is looking to transition into the technology and solutions space.

• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients within the banking and financial services sector
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling technology solutions
• Drive new business opportunities and support revenue growth
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable banking technology solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction
• Lead client meetings presentations negotiations and follow-ups
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers

• Minimum 5 years of experience in relationship management corporate banking key account management or business development within the banking sector
• Strong understanding of banking operations products and customer engagement practices
• Exposure to banking technology digital banking solutions core banking systems or enterprise software solutions will be an added advantage
• Degree in Business IT Finance or professional qualifications such as CIMA MBA CIM or any recognized engineering discipline
• Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Self-driven confident and target-oriented professional
