Join Our Team as a Maintenance Coordinator I Keep Our Fleet Running Smoothly!

Are you passionate about vehicle maintenance operational efficiency and supporting essential business functions We are looking for a talented Maintenance Coordinator I to join our Mechanic & Repairs team within the broader Fleet this role you will play a vital part in ensuring our vehicles remain in top condition supporting the seamless operation of our network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the coordination of vehicle repairs within the operations network ensuring all repairs are scheduled and completed in a timely manner.
• Track the progress of ongoing repairs and maintain accurate up-to-date administrative records for each vehicle.
• Ensure compliance with defined service levels and escalate repair issues or delays to senior team members as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with mechanics service providers and internal teams to ensure clear understanding of repair needs and status updates.
• Assist with monitoring and reporting on fleet maintenance activities to help identify recurring issues or process improvements.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and compliant fleet by following company policies and industry best practices.

• Strong organizational and administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to coordinate multiple repair tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
• Willingness to escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.

Ideal Experience

• Previous experience in a business support administrative or fleet maintenance coordination role is preferred.
• Familiarity with vehicle maintenance processes or repair tracking systems is an advantage.
• Experience working within a structured operations or logistics environment is beneficial.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in record-keeping and administrative tasks.
• Strong time management and task prioritization abilities.
• Effective problem-solving and issue escalation skills.
• Team-oriented with a proactive approach to supporting business operations.
• Basic understanding of fleet maintenance or repair procedures is a plus.
