As a Workplace Strategic Designer your mission focus lies in understanding the commercial needs and goals of clients (B2B large companies) to create architectural solutions that drive the success of their businesses.

This role requires a unique combination of technical skills creativity business acumen and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary projects & teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients partners and stakeholders.

• Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Identify opportunities for innovation and development of new products.

• Manage relationships with key business partners and suppliers.

• Provide client advisory services by identifying key points and adding differential values.

Skills Experience and Qualifications:

• Professional degree in Architecture Interior Design or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years experience in workplace strategy and interior design with a portfolio that showcases innovative design solutions.

• Strong leadership and project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills capable of engaging and influencing diverse audiences.

• Knowledge of design software (e.g. AutoCAD Revit SketchUp).

• Spanish native and English fluent languages.
