Ventia has secured the Victorian Road Maintenance Contracts for the Grampians and Eastern Metropolitan regions. Commencing 1 July 2026 Ventia will deliver comprehensive road maintenance emergency response and minor capital works reinforcing its role as a longterm partner supporting safe and reliable road networks across Victoria.

Ventias Transport Infrastructure Solutions business is seeking an experiencedWork Order Administrator to join the team.

The Works Order Administrator supports road maintenance delivery by managing work orders systems and records to ensure accurate and timely information is available to operational and planning teams. The role is central to effective coordination and reporting across the maintenance program.

This is a permanent full-time position and will be based out of ourWendouree office.

Role responsibilities:

• Create update and close work orders within maintenance management systems
• Maintain accurate records documentation and supporting data
• Support planning and operations teams with reporting and coordination
• Monitor workflow status and follow up outstanding actions

About You

To be successful in your application you will have:

• Experience in administration roles within maintenance construction or infrastructure environments
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confidence using computerbased maintenance or work management systems
• Good working knowledge of MS Word MS Outlook and MS Excel
