The opportunity

We are seeking a Value Operations Senior Analystto enable the Customer Value Director to scale strategic account coverage across EMEA. This role is critical to evolving from a single-threaded value leadership model to a leveraged strategic model. The investment enables growth protects retention and institutionalizes value governance at scale.

The Value Operations Senior Analystinstitutionalizes value governance KPI tracking reporting rigor and cross-functional orchestration. This role ensures disciplined execution of value realization frameworks across strategic accounts while strengthening internal alignment and executive readiness.

Key Responsibilities

Value Governance & Benchmark Management: Maintain account-level value realization frameworks. Track and report progress against agreed customer KPIs. Manage governance cadence including monthly reviews and QBR preparation. Ensure KPI alignment to customer strategic objectives.

Reporting & Executive Readiness:Build and maintain standardized value dashboards. Prepare QBR and EBR draft materials. Develop data-driven insights and trend analysis. Ensure executive-ready reporting quality.

Cross-Functional Orchestration:Coordinate across Sales Customer Success Delivery Support and Product teams. Track action plans and interlock dependencies. Monitor risks and flag value realization gaps.

Data-driven insights: Conduct analysis of complex data sets and synthesise findings into actionable insights.

Systems & Documentation:Maintain CRM hygiene. Track renewal value documentation. Standardize reporting templates and playbooks to support scalable governance across strategic accounts.

What you need to succeed:

3 years of experience in enterprise SaaS value consulting program management customer success operations or value governance roles.

Demonstrated experiencemanaging structured governance frameworks KPI scorecards and performance tracking mechanisms.

Proven ability to drive governance cadence (QBRs value reviews executive briefings) with rigor and consistency.

Experience with building and maintaining dashboards and reporting tools (D365 customer health tooling)

Experience building executive-ready business narratives grounded in quantified value realization with ability to simplify complex information for senior collaborators.

Demonstrated cross-functional influence without direct authority across Sales Customer Success Delivery Product and Support.
