As a Talent Acquisition Partner (junior) you will.

• Partner with hiring managers and HR to define sourcing strategies tailored to market and role requirements.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing screening interviewing and offer negotiation.

• Drive recruitment with a focus on employer brand diversity equity and inclusion (DEI).

• Leverage recruitment tools and channels to engage both passive and active candidates bringing creative and out-of-the-box solutions.

• Contribute to talent acquisition process improvement and branding initiatives helping define next-generation best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 1 years of experience in Global Talent Acquisition ideally within international organization

• Strong background hiring for technical roles such as Machine Learning AI Software Engineering MLOps and DevOps and sales roles like Enterprise Account Executive.

• Hands-on experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferably TeamTailor to manage candidate pipelines and recruitment workflows.

• Proven expertise in sourcing methods interviewing and candidate assessment.

• Proficiency with social media recruiting (especially LinkedIn Recruiter) and leveraging multiple channels for brand awareness.

• Resourceful detail-oriented reliable and able to stay calm under pressure.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Creative approach to sourcing and ability to continually explore new channels.

• Experience using AI-driven hiring tools (e.g. ChatGPT hireEZ NovaAI Juicebox).
