Job Summary

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide responsive and professional support to business customers across communication platforms (Phone Email Chat)

  • Assist clients with account-related queries including identity verification and account information confirmation

  • Adhere to regulatory guidelines and internal procedures as directed by the client

  • Troubleshoot issues and offer effective solutions tailored to customer needs

  • Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer interactions maintaining client satisfaction

  • Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and updates in internal systems

  • Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and share best practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native / fluent in Spanish both verbal and written. Fluent in English (C1 level)

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service with a strong customer-centric approach

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information

  • Proficiency with automated customer support tools and platforms (preferred)

  • Ability to analyze problems think critically and resolve issues independently

  • Friendly professional and proactive approach to customer service

  • Experience across various industries such as retail banking or general customer support is beneficial

  • Comfortable working in rotating shifts and full-time on-site schedules

  • Adaptable and flexible to changing procedures technologies and customer expectations

  • Ability to work on 24/7 shift rotation.
