Job Summary

We are looking for a Danish-speaking Solution Specialist to join an international tech team based in Málaga. This is a hybrid role where you will support clients with tailored solutions helping them get the most out of digital products and services in a fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities

Support clients in finding the right product and service solutions
Understand customer needs and provide tailored recommendations
Work closely with sales and technical teams
Ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience

Requirements

Danish (C1C2) good English level
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Interest in tech / digital solutions
Experience in customer support sales or consulting is a plus
Comfortable working in a hybrid setup in Málaga
