What youll build

In this role you will join a global team within SAP Business Transformation Management (BTM) focusing on strategic customer engagements. You will be responsible for driving pipeline generation solution expansion and the adoption of the agent-led toolchain across SAPs most strategic customers. You will act as a key advocate for the value of SAPs latest innovations in the agent-led toolchain (including partner solutions) identifying customer-specific use cases accelerating adoption and ensuring measurable realization of business value. By aligning technology capabilities with strategic customer needs you will play a pivotal role in shaping successful transformation journeys. Your contribution is essential to the commercial success of SAP BTM supporting methodology incubation and establishing the foundation for scalable adoption across SAPs customer base.

In both short- and long-term customer engagements you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams responsible for delivering the toolchainsuch as Enterprise Architects Business Process Management experts and Transformation Leadsas well as engage with senior stakeholders including C-level executives. Through building strong trust-based relationships you will drive impactful and referenceable customer success stories.

To achieve your objectives you will partner with internal experts from SAP BTM SAP Cloud ALM and SAP CS&D as well as with key ecosystem partners including Tricentis Syniti Palantir and Conduct. Your impact will be visible scalable and long-lasting contributing directly to SAPs transformation agenda and customer success.

What you bring

You are a customer-focused professional with a hands-on mindset capable of translating SAPs Business Transformation Management vision into tangible customer outcomes.

You bring:

• 8 years of relevant professional experience in enterprise or SaaS go-to-market roles or equivalent positions within software / IT organizations.
• Proven experience in enterprise business transformation initiatives aligning stakeholder priorities with system architectures and transformation roadmaps (e.g. SAP S/4HANA or RISE transformations).
• Strong understanding of SAPs Business Transformation Management strategy including the latest product portfolio innovations and their business impact for customers.
• Hands-on experience with at least one of the following solutions: SAP Signavio SAP LeanIX SAP Cloud ALM.
• A value-driven mindset with the ability to continuously assess and measure the impact of planned and realized initiatives.
• A collaborative and open working style with experience engaging across cross-functional teams and partner ecosystems.
• A strong focus on standardization repeatability and building scalable delivery models.
• Flexibility and adaptability with the ability to quickly navigate new environments and grow in dynamic settings.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills including the ability to effectively engage with senior management and C-level executives across both IT and business functions.
• Strong capability to build trust and influence stakeholders to achieve outstanding results.
