Software Engineer (.NET)

This position is responsible for designing developing testing deploying and maintaining software solutions that support our Smart Measurement platform. This individual will work closely with product owners business analysts quality assurance engineers and other software developers to deliver scalable secure and high-quality applications that support health outcomes measurement survey scoring benchmarking analytics reporting and healthcare data integration solutions.

The ideal candidate is a full-stack developer with experience in Microsoft technologies relational databases API development and integration and modern software development practices. Experience supporting healthcare clinical outcomes assessment patient-reported outcomes (PROs) or health data platforms is highly desirable.

• Design develop test and maintain software applications and services using C# .NET and SQL Server.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements analysis technical design development testing and deployment.
• Develop and enhance RESTful APIs.
• Implement new scoring algorithms benchmarks analytics and reporting capabilities for healthcare outcome measurement solutions.
• Troubleshoot debug and resolve software defects and production issues.
• Develop and execute unit tests and support quality assurance activities to ensure reliable high-quality releases.
• Assist in evaluating emerging technologies development tools and AI-assisted coding capabilities to improve team efficiency.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Information Systems or a related experience.
• Minimum 2 years of professional software development experience.
• Experience developing applications using C# .NET Framework and SQL Server.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Experience with source control systems such as Git.
• Understanding of software design principles object-oriented programming relational database design and software testing debugging and troubleshooting techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot.

• Experience with healthcare survey outcomes measurement or analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
