Responsibilities / Tasks
As ourService Product Managerin Nutrition Plant Engineering (NPE Division) you will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle driving the success of digital service products with global impact. You will own the product vision define scalable strategies and build high-performingdigital service products.You will work closely with development teams and seniorleadership aspart of a key digitalization strategy of GEA.

Lead the development ofnewdigital service products;managing technical and commercial aspects ofproductdevelopment
Owndigital service productsdefiningproduct roadmapbusiness scaling modelstandardizationand roll-out strategies to drive recurring revenue.
Monitor and report KPIs ensuring alignment with internal stage-gate processes.
Identify innovation opportunities drive product continuous developmentand bring new products to market successfully.
Craft and implement go-to-market strategies thatbring our products to the market in arepeatable scalable and profitable way.
Conduct market analysis and competitive research to uncover growth opportunities.
Collaborate cross-functionally with finance sales marketing and R&D.
Support portfolio management and recurring revenue transformation initiatives.
Support building a digital platform that scalesNPEdigitalserviceoffering.
Drive the adoption of AI-enabled capabilities in digital service products.
Your Profile / Qualifications
Degreein Business Engineering or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in product managementdigital productsservice business transformation or similar roles
Solidanalytical capabilities and data-driven decision making
Strong commercial mindset with a focus on outcomes and value creation
Deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
Experience with digital innovationagile methodology digital service sales
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a matrix organization
A proactive adaptable mindset in a fast-paced environment
