What are we looking for

Experienced full-stack software engineers to design and deliver AI-enabled enterprise applications.

We seek talented developers capable of working across the entire technology stack from robust backend services to modern user interfaces while integrating cutting-edge AI capabilities into production-grade systems.

Key technical requirements:

• Develop backend services using Java/Spring Boot and Python implementing microservices architectures and RESTful APIs
• Design and implement data access layers with Hibernate ORM and optimize queries for PostgreSQL and SQL Server
• Build responsive modern frontends with Angular
• Integrate AI/ML services from AWS (Bedrock SageMaker) and third-party providers (OpenAI Anthropic Google Gemini)
• Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and system reliability
• Containerize applications with Docker and orchestrate deployments on Kubernetes (EKS/GKE)
• Deploy and maintain applications across AWS and GCP cloud environments
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools (AWS Kiro / Claude Code) to enhance productivity

Qualifications :

Experience & Expertise

• 6 years of professional software development with strong expertise in Java and/or Python
• Proven track record delivering production-grade enterprise applications from design to deployment
• Deep knowledge of Spring framework (Core Boot MVC Data Security) and Hibernate ORM
• Strong command of SQL and relational database design (PostgreSQL SQL Server)
• Experience with RESTful API design and microservices architectures
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab Jenkins) and modern DevOps practices
• Bonus: Experience integrating AI/ML services (AWS Bedrock SageMaker OpenAI APIs) or working with Angular for full-stack development

Technical Foundation

• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming SOLID principles and design patterns
• Strong debugging profiling and performance optimization skills
• Experience writing unit integration and end-to-end tests
• Version control expertise with Git and collaborative development workflows
