About the Contract
Ventia has secured the Victorian Road Maintenance Contracts for the Grampians and Eastern Metropolitan regions. Commencing 1 July 2026 Ventia will deliver comprehensive road maintenance emergency response and minor capital works reinforcing its role as a longterm partner supporting safe and reliable road networks across Victoria.

Ventias Transport Infrastructure Solutions business is seeking an experiencedSenior Planner / Scheduler to join the team.
The Senior Planner / Scheduler develops and manages detailed maintenance and works schedules to support safe and efficient delivery of road maintenance activities. The role plays a key part in balancing priorities resources and timing across a live network.
You will work closely with operational teams to monitor progress adjust schedules and support coordinated delivery outcomes.
This is a permanent full-time position and will be based out of ourWendouree office.
Role responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed work programs and schedules
- Monitor progress and update plans as required
- Support coordination between planning and operations
About You
To be successful in your application you will have:
- Experience in planning or scheduling roles
- Strong organisational and analytical skills
- Supervisory experience in either Road Maintenance Operations or Construction field.
- White Card and drivers licence.
- Good understanding of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems
- Good working knowledge of MS Word MS Outlook and MS Excel.
