At Fever the Revenue Operations team drives marketplace growth by shaping sales strategy optimizing content and categories and ensuring top-quality standards across every listing. We analyze performance refine processes and empower sales teams to reach their goals. By curating marketplace content and enhancing setup and copy we maximize visibility and conversion.

Working closely with QA and Sales we identify issues early streamline workflows and create solutions that keep our marketplace running smoothly and efficiently.

• Act as the operational owner of one of our business lines ensuring processes and systems run efficiently and scale effectively.
• Define develop and implement end-to-end commercial operations.
• Identify bottlenecks inefficiencies and improvement opportunities across commercial and cross-functional teams.
• Build tools automations and dashboards to optimize performance and decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with executives and multiple business units gaining high exposure across the organization.

• Bachelors degree in Engineering.
• 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations Strategy Growth or Analytics roles.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and SQL.
• Hands-on proactive problem solver who takes ownership from diagnosis to solution.
• Detail-oriented with a structured and solution-driven mindset.
• Experience with coding or automation tools (e.g. Python JavaScript Google Cloud environment Make n8n etc.).
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce is a plus.
