R&D Program Manager

We are looking for an experienced R&D Program Managerresponsible for leading and coordinating a strategic international software transformation program aimed at consolidating multiple existing software solutions into a single global Cloud platform.

This position will drive the program end-to-end coordinating international teams and aligning product strategy software development and business stakeholders.

This role requires a strong combination of program leadership technical understanding and stakeholder management in complex international environments.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the transformation of multiple existing solutions into a unified Cloud platform.
• Define program structure governance KPIs and execution roadmap.
• Coordinate international cross-functional teams across Product Engineering and Business areas.
• Manage risks dependencies timelines and program execution.
• Align distributed teams and foster a strong collaborative culture.
• Report progress risks and milestones to senior leadership.

• Technical background in Software Engineering Computer Science Industrial Engineering or similar.
• 8 years of experience in Program or Project Management within software or product development environments.
• Strong experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across multiple countries legal entities business units and external partners.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and align business product engineering and operations stakeholders in international matrix organizations.
• Solid understanding of software development processes and agile environments.

Highly Valued

• Experience in industrial software environments such as MES ERP CAD/CAM manufacturing execution or other Industry 4.0 solutions.
• Familiarity with Scrum SAFe or hybrid methodologies.
• PMP PRINCE2 Scrum or similar certifications.
