Purchasing Intern

What youll do 

• Youll receive and check deliveries ensuring quantity quality and delivery conditions meet our standards.  
• Youll keep our storage areas organised and monitor stock levels and par stocks.  
• Youll manage requisitions delivery notes and transfers through Adaco.  
• Youll oversee Food & Beverage and Non-F&B orders taking into account the hotels operational needs and costs.  
• Youll ensure products are stored and rotated correctly following FIFO and HACCP standards.  
• Youll review stock levels and product availability daily anticipating the needs of our different outlets and departments.  
• Youll coordinate the preparation and delivery of internal orders.  
• Youll work closely with our Kitchen Bars F&B and Operations teams to ensure they have everything they need for their daily operations.  
• Youll support the team with monthly inventories ad hoc stock analyses and departmental cost reporting.  
• And of course youll help keep our storage areas organised clean and efficient.

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree in Hospitality Management or Tourism. 
• Must be fluent in Spanish and English. 
• An eagle-eye for detail you can spot a slip in standards from a mile away. 
• A natural people person who people like working with. You make those around feel good at their jobs and comfortable coming to you with questions. Youre great at motivating others to keep to your own high standards of service.
