Were looking for a People Operations Intern to join our team in Marbella.

Youll have the opportunity to discover how an HR department works learn from experienced professionals and get involved in different day-to-day activities.

No previous HR experience is required. What matters most to us is your enthusiasm positive attitude and willingness to learn!

Working alongside our People Operations team youll have the opportunity to:

• HR Administration: Help with onboarding offboarding employee documentation contracts and other administrative processes.

• R&D Support: Assist with collecting job descriptions project information and documentation for R&D processes.

• Immigration: Support international employees with documentation appointments and administrative follow-ups.

• People Operations: Help coordinate employee-related activities update HR systems and organize internal documentation.

• Process Improvement: Learn about our processes and contribute ideas to make our daily work easier.

Youll receive guidance and support throughout your internship with activities adapted to your learning progress.

• Currently studying Human Resources Labour Relations Business Administration Law or a related field.

• Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken) is essential.

• Interest in Human Resources and working with people.

• A positive attitude curiosity and willingness to learn.

• Good organizational and communication skills.
