At Avantio we are looking for a dynamic organized and proactive Partnerships Intern to join our team.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in strategic partnerships business development Travel Tech and international business while working with partners and teams across different markets.

The Partnerships team composed of 4 people is responsible for managing our key Marketplace partners. They collaborate closely with Sales Customer Success Marketing RevOps Product R&D and other teams to reach our targets.

How youll make an impact:

Administrative & Analytical Support

• Create update and analyze spreadsheets and reports using Excel and Google Sheets.

• Track key metrics campaigns and departmental initiatives.

• Organize and maintain partner-related information and documentation.

• Support the preparation of business reports and presentations.

Communication & Coordination

• Support communication with partners and internal teams.

• Help prepare presentations documents and materials for partner meetings.

• Coordinate and follow up on actions across different Avantio teams.

• Support the day-to-day communication and organization of the Partnerships department.

Project & Partnership Management

• Support the planning coordination and execution of strategic projects.

• Assist with initiatives focused on partner growth and expansion.

• Contribute to projects across national and international markets.

• Support the identification and follow-up of new partnership opportunities.

• Help monitor the progress and performance of existing partnerships.

International Exposure

• Work with partners and teams across different countries and markets.

• Gain insight into the Travel Tech SaaS vacation rental OTA and distribution industries.

• Develop an understanding of how strategic partnerships can drive business growth.
  

What are we looking for

• Someone currently studying Business Administration Marketing Communications Tourism International Business or a related field.

• Fluent or advanced English is essential both written and spoken.

• Spanish is a plus and additional languages are highly valued.

• Good knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets.

• Highly organized proactive and detail-oriented.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Analytical mindset and ability to work with data.

• Creative curious and solution-oriented.

• Comfortable working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

• Genuine interest in business technology travel and strategic partnerships.
