Oracle Financials Delivery Lead & Scrum Master
Job Summary
As part of the Architecture Intelligence & Technology (AI&T) team this role plays a key part in shaping and delivering the Finance transformation roadmap through the configuration and leadership of a newly established squad focused on Oracle Financials initiatives.
The Oracle ERP Financials Delivery Lead & Scrum Master is responsible for leading agile delivery across Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud Financials projects ensuring effective collaboration between business and IT stakeholders strong delivery governance and successful end-to-end execution. Leveraging prior experience in Oracle EBS/Fusion Cloud Financials the role supports informed decision-making close partnership with functional SMEs and the delivery of scalable business-aligned finance solutions.
Responsbilities
- Facilitate Agile delivery (Sprint planning stand-ups reviews retrospectives)
- Manage backlog prioritization & stakeholder alignment
- Remove impediments and drive continuous improvement
- Lead projects (implementations / upgrades / rollouts) in Agile/hybrid models
- Coordinate business IT and cross-functional teams globally
- Gather requirements (As-Is / To-Be BRD/FRD) and add them to Devops including the relevant aspects for each User Story
- Support design of Finance solutions (GL AP AR FA CE)
- Ensure alignment with Oracle Fusion Cloud target architecture
- Perform fit-gap analysis
- Manage SIT/UAT testing defect resolution
Qualifications :
- 45 years of overall experience in Oracle EBS (R12.2) and Oracle Fusion Cloud environments
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master Agile Delivery Lead or ERP Project Lead within transformation programs
- Demonstrated capability in managing end-to-end ERP delivery using Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
- Experience working across global and cross-functional teams partnering with Finance IT and business stakeholders
- Fluent in English and Spanish with the ability to operate effectively in multicultural environments
