Medical Representative Malaga

As a Medical Representative you will play a vital role in driving business growth while positioning our portfolio as a trusted choice within the healthcare community. You will be responsible for delivering commercial success across your territory by achieving sales objectives strengthening product positioning and building long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals. Your impact goes beyond salesyou shape perception trust and value.

You will cover the territory of Málaga Córdoba Jaén and Ciudad Real.

What Youll Do

• Design and execute smart territory plans ensuring optimal coverage and frequency of target clients
• Deliver impactful insight-driven product presentations that lead to recommendation and prescription
• Build strong trust-based relationships with clinicians pharmacists and key stakeholders
• Continuously adapt your approach by understanding customer needs and market dynamics
• Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities to strengthen our positioning
• Maintain accurate and timely reporting translating insights into actionable plans
• Collaborate closely with your Sales Manager to refine strategies and exceed objectives

Qualifications :

What You Bring

• At least 3 years of successful commercial experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector including responsibility for the Córdoba territory.
• Experience in Ophthalmology is considered a big asset.
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
• Strong knowledge of the Spanish healthcare system and regulatory/compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication relationship-building and influencing skills with the ability to establish credibility with healthcare professionals.
• Proactive and customer-focused with strong networking and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Comfortable using digital tools and proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as SharePoint PowerBI Outlook and Excel.
• Fluent in Spanish.
