What Youll Do

In this role you will help ensure smooth operational flow by supporting warehouse and transportation processes maintaining accurate records and tracking day-to-day logistics activity. Responsibilities include:

• Verifying transportation receiving storage and shipping information to support accurate product movement

• Updating warehouse and logistics systems with transaction details shipment status updates and operational records

• Monitoring fleet activity shipment progress and inventory movement to help keep operations on schedule

• Preparing dispatch shipping receiving and other logistics documentation

• Reviewing routine issues such as delivery exceptions returns inventory discrepancies or vehicle availability and escalating when needed

• Supporting proper handling storage and movement processes to maintain product traceability and prevent loss

• Collaborating with internal teams and external contacts to ensure timely and accurate operational communication

• Assisting with process improvements and system updates within established procedures

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma GED or equivalent experience

• 2 years of experience in warehouse support shipping/receiving distribution operations inventory control material handling or a related area

• Basic understanding of warehouse and logistics operations

• Experience working with operational systems or tracking tools

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

• Good communication skills and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders

• Ability to follow established procedures and manage routine operational tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting fleet operations or transportation processes

• Familiarity with logistics documentation and transaction controls

• Exposure to warehouse and transportation systems

• CSCP or similar supply chain certification is a plus
