Kitchen Internship

Learn to prepare of the daily service and the mise-en-place.
Cleaning and maintenance of your work area and the kitchenware.
Learn to appropriate use of work machines and individual protection equipment.
Correct storage of the prepared products in the appropriate chamber and identification of the preparation date.
Annotating the necessary products for the next service.
Proper order cleaning and maintenance of your work area.
Compliance with the environmental policy.

Qualifications :

Eligibility (Spain): Candidates must have the legal right to undertake an internship in Spain from the start date. No visa/work permit sponsorship available.
Currently enrolled in a Hospitality School or a Business School.
Strong social and communication skills to build valued relationships.
Proactive enthusiastic and detail-oriented.
Excellent command of Spanish and English; French is a plus.
Eager to learn (no prior specialization required).
Available for at least 6 months 5 days/week 40 hours/week.
