We are a leading company in the elevator and vertical transportation industry delivering innovative so-lotions across the world. We are looking for a motivated Senior Solution Engineer to join our European Application En-gineering team.

As a Senior Solution Engineer you will translate customer and project requirements into technically feasible cost-effective product solutions. You will act as a key technical interface between Sales Supply Chain and pro-ject execution. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in an international environment collaborating with multidisciplinary teams while providing technical expertise.

Key responsibilities include:

Lead the development of technical solutions for elevator projects including complex and non-standard ap-plications.
Prepare and review layout drawings technical configurations and pre-engineering packages for offers and project orders.
Assess technical feasibility risks and deviations ensuring solutions consider cost manufacturability instal-lation and maintainability.
Coordinate technical requirements and project information with international teams internal stakeholders factories and suppliers.
Monitor technical project progress resolve complex engineering issues and provide technical guidance when required.
Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards regulations and quality requirements.
Contribute to standardization lessons learned and continuous improvement of engineering processes and solutions.

Experience:
Typically 5 years of experience in Application Engineering R&D Project Engineering or a similar tech-nical role.
Experience in the elevator industry is strongly preferred.
Experience working with international and cross-functional teams is an advantage.

Education:
University degree in Mechanical Electrical Mechatronics Industrial Engineering or another relevant tech-nical field.

Technical Skills:
Strong ability to interpret technical specifications drawings and customer requirements.
Good understanding of technical configuration feasibility assessment and engineering documentation.
Experience with CAD tools such as AutoCAD or similar. Revit is a plus.
Knowledge of product configuration ERP/SAP or engineering tools is an advantage.
Good understanding of manufacturing installation and project execution constraints.
Knowledge of elevator products applications and applicable standards is desirable.
