We are looking for someone who adds value to us in:

• Assisting in the management of reservations and customer service with the intention of generating a unique experience for guests.

• Collaborating with the team to update guest information before arrival to ensure their arrival is optimal and feels like entering their own home.

• Supporting the coordination of check-ins facilitating a smooth transition for guests and the cleaning team.

• Participating in the resolution of guest inquiries and incidents offering quick and effective solutions so they only have to worry about enjoying themselves!

• Contributing to the continuous improvement of internal processes through the collection of guest feedback. You are not coming just to learn but also to contribute and leave a mark.

Please consider these requirements before applying:

• 100% enthusiasm! And furthermore...

• Being enrolled in a Vocational Cycle Bachelors or Masters Degree in Tourism Hospitality or similar.

• Being able to do an internship agreement for a MINIMUM OF 6 MONTHS. Because it is the minimum necessary for you to truly learn.

• Minimum part-time schedule of 30 hours per week or full-time especially mornings.

• Communication skills and ability to work in a team. In other words you love talking to people by call or in writing and doing shared tasks with multiple people.

• Advanced level of Spanish and English; other languages will be valued. To be able to talk to people from different parts of the world.

• Availability starting November 2026
