As the HR Manager for the Martorell JIT Plant you will lead all Human Resources activities supporting the plants daily operations ensuring alignment between business objectives and people strategies.
You will partner closely with the Plant Manager and Corporate HR teams to ensure effective labor relations workforce planning talent development and HR compliance in a fast-paced production environment.
- Lead the implementation of HR policies programs and initiatives across the plant.
- Manage labor relations including works council interactions collective agreements union relationships and negotiations.
- Oversee payroll hiring employee records time and attendance and personnel administration processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor legislation company policies and HR governance requirements.
- Lead recruitment onboarding training succession planning and employee development initiatives.
- Develop and manage workforce planning including headcount forecasting and staffing plans.
- Monitor and report HR metrics workforce trends and key performance indicators.
- Manage the annual HR budget and control personnel-related costs.
- Represent the company before labor authorities and collaborate with legal and corporate functions.
- Promote employee engagement teamwork communication diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Coordinate GDPR-related activities and ensure data privacy compliance at plant level.
- 5 years of experience in HR management
- Strong expertise in labor relations collective bargaining union negotiations and employee representative bodies.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Labor Relations Business Administration Law or equivalent experience.
- Fluent English and Spanish with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience leading HR operations workforce planning talent development and organizational change in a plant environment.
