As General Manager at Florentine Marbella you will lead the full restaurant operation bringing together guest experience team culture commercial performance and brand standards.

This is a role for someone who enjoys being present on the floor developing people creating structure and making sure every service feels smooth warm and consistent.

• Leading the day-to-day restaurant operation and ensuring a strong guest experience.

• Building coaching and developing the team across front of house and leadership roles.

• Driving service standards atmosphere and consistency in line with the Florentine brand.

• Managing sales labour costs and profitability with a clear commercial mindset.

• Planning team routines service priorities and operational standards.

• Working closely with senior leadership on recruitment training and business performance.

• Ensuring compliance with health safety licensing and company procedures.

• Experience as a General Manager Restaurant Manager or senior hospitality leader.

• A strong background in premium casual lifestyle or high-volume restaurant environments.

• Excellent floor presence and a genuine passion for guest experience.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build trust accountability and team spirit.

• Good commercial awareness including sales labour costs and profitability.

• A calm organised and hands-on approach during busy services.

• A passion for developing people and creating a strong restaurant culture.
