What are we looking for

We are seeking a talented genAI Use Case Developer to join our Digital Solutions - DataLab team. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing innovative AI workflows advanced automations and genAI use-cases for our automotive projects.

To succeed in this job you will need to:

• Design develop and optimize process & prompts for various genAI applications.
• Identify and develop use cases for AI workflows and genAI technology within the automotive industry.
• Collaborate with different stakeholders engineers and domain experts to understand requirements and create effective AI solutions based.
• Analyze interpret and audit results from genAI models & workflows to improve performance and user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in genAI AI engineering and agentic techniques.

Qualifications :

Profile:

• Demonstrated experience working with language models context engineering & agentic processes.
• 1 years of experience in AI/ML projects with a focus on data access agent development process following and skill creation.
• Strong knowledge of genAI foundations techniques and best practices.
• Expertise in genAI frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex and agent frameworks such as LangGraph CrewAI OpenAI/Claude sdk.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing AI automation workflows and integrations in a business context.
• Proficiency in n8n or equivalent visual orchestration tools such as Make (Integromat) Activepieces or Pipedream.
• Familiarity with AI-specific orchestration platforms like Flowise or Langflow or agentic frameworks (e.g. CrewAI) is a plus.
• Familiarity with text analysis data chunking embedding and information retrieval systems.

• Expertise in Multimodal unstructured data storage and explotation methods (vector graph document...) is a plus.

• Knowledge of or experience with AWS framework.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively about AI-based efficient and accurate solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to understand requirements propose solutions and explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Computational Linguistics or a related field.
• Masters degree in AI Machine Learning or Data Science is a plus.

Languages:

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
