Youll work across GDS platforms assess airline policies and operational risk decide when Nuitée should intervene (and when it shouldnt) and help build the processes behind a growing travel technology company.

• Executemanualpost-bookingactionsincludinginvoluntaryschedulechangesticketchangesreissuesrefundsnamecorrectionsandre-accommodations.
• WorkdirectlyinGDSplatformsandairlinesystemstoresolvecomplexcases.
• Reviewfarerulesbookinghistoryandairlinepoliciestodeterminetherightresolution.
• DecidewhetherNuitéeshouldprocessarequestorwhetherthetravellershouldworkdirectlywiththeairline.
• Balancecustomeroutcomeswithoperationalandcommercialrisk.
• CollaboratewithCustomerSupportProductEngineeringandOperationstoimproveprocessesandidentifyopportunitiesforautomation.
• Helpbuildplaybooksdocumentationandbestpracticesastheteamgrows.
