You know how to keep multiple moving pieces under control without losing your cool. One minute youre handling attendee questions the next youre chasing approvals updating Cvent or solving a last-minute venue issue. Experienced in pharmaceutical and healthcare events youre organised hands-on and proactive the kind of person who spots problems before they become disasters and enjoys making complex events feel effortless.

What youll be doing

In this position youll join a team fully dedicated to one of the worlds leading pharmaceutical companies.

  • Coordinate and deliver multiple pharmaceutical and healthcare events from briefing to execution including attendee management logistics and on-site support

  • Support the implementation of client event processes compliance requirements and operational standards across all project phases

  • Manage day-to-day communication with clients suppliers and attendees to ensure smooth event delivery and a high-quality participant experience

  • Handle timelines registrations budgets reporting and Cvent-related tasks with strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Work closely with teammates across different projects proactively solving issues and supporting the overall success of the team

Must haves

(We really mean it. Candidates who do not meet the following criteria will not be considered.)

  • 5 years of event project management experience within the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry including end-to-end attendee management and event delivery

  • Previous experience working in an event agency environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced high-pressure setting

  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical and healthcare regulations processes and compliance requirements

  • Excellent organisational negotiation and problem-solving skills with a proactive communication style and strong attention to detail

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong hands-on experience with Cvent including website development attendee management RFPs and budgeting

  • Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish written and spoken

  • Based in Madrid and available to travel regularly

Nice to haves

  • Fluency in French or German written and spoken

Compensation

We aim to ensure consistency transparency and fairness across all our hiring decisions. The salary range for this position is between X and Y based on our internal salary framework and external market benchmarks. Final compensation will depend on your experience the level and scope of the role and your specific location.
