General Manager itnig fund

The Role

We are looking for a General Manager to run itnig Capital and become the fund partners trusted long-term executive counterpart. You will own the funds operating system the quality of our investment decisions and the value we deliver to every founder.

Your priorities in order:

1. Founder support
2. Fund operations reporting and media
3. Dealflow and investment quality
4. LP relationships and fund growth

This is not a role for someone who only wants to meet founders and talk about markets. We need someone who enjoys the unglamorous work too: reading contracts chasing metrics checking references speaking with customers and making sure the fund runs properly.

What You Will Own

Founder support

• Work side by side with portfolio founders on the decisions that matter most from strategy and hiring to go-to-market and fundraising.
• Help with corporate management: contracts and founder agreements governance phantom share plans and other incentive structures.
• Prepare the next financing round end to end including the financial model materials data room investor process and closing.

Fund operations and media

• Run the operating cadence: collect founder updates maintain portfolio metrics and dashboards and deliver high-quality reporting to partners and LPs.
• Own the operations and compliance of a management company regulated by the CNMV coordinating legal tax and commercial matters with the right experts.
• Grow itnigs media channels and 100000 audience use them to create founder value and dealflow and ensure a sustainable P&L.

Dealflow and investment quality

• Build a differentiated network and proprietary pipeline of exceptional early-stage technology founders.
• Lead deep due diligence: check founder references speak with customers assess the market and analyze every relevant number.
• Turn the analysis into clear investment recommendations deal execution and follow-on decisions challenging enthusiasm with evidence.

LP relationships and fund growth

• Build trusted LP relationships through transparent communication excellent reporting and consistent follow-through.
• Work with the partners to define raise and build the next stage of itnig Capital.

Your Profile

• Senior experience in venture capital entrepreneurship investing or operational leadership within a high-growth technology company.
• Highly autonomous with the judgment to involve and push the partners when their input or network is needed while independently driving decisions and execution without waiting for them.
• A track record of helping early-stage founders solve practical problems not only providing strategic advice.
• Strong analytical and investment judgment with the instinct to ask hard questions and verify reality.
• An exceptional operator who can keep metrics reporting compliance and priorities moving without being chased.
• Practical understanding of corporate commercial and tax matters. CNMV experience is a strong plus; learning speed is essential.
• Commercial and media instinct with the confidence to own audience growth and P&L sustainability.
