We are looking for an experiencedMarketing Manager (m/f/d) to support our fast-growing footprint in Spain based in our Barcelona office. Join our team as soon as possible as Marketing Manager Spain (m/f/d).

We are looking for an experiencedMarketing Manager (m/f/d) to support our fast-growing footprint in Spain based in our Barcelona office. Join our team as soon as possible as Marketing Manager Spain (m/f/d).
In this role you will
- Project Management: Independently coordinate our marketing activities at our existing locations.
- Social Media Management Google Ads & SEO: Plan content manage editorial tasks handle community management and coordinate with the Sanoptis in-house performance team and external agencies including reporting.
- Leverage AI Tools: Use AI tools such as Claude to streamline content creation reporting and day-to-day marketing work increasing efficiency and output.
- Interface with Partners: Collaborate closely with the internal design performance and web departments as well as external advertising agencies. Maintain partnerships in the health and lifestyle sectors and oversee content and coordination of website updates with the web department.
- Brand Development and Branding: Be responsible for implementing brand strategy. Your tasks include creating ordering and distributing marketing materials (both print and digital).
- Coordination of Out-of-Home Advertising: Organize posters city lights screens and other OOH advertising media.
- Event Management:Organize and plan events from grand openings and patient events to professional conferences.
Your profile includes
- A degree in marketing communications business administration or equivalent training.
- Solid professional experience in marketing or project management ideally within the healthcare sector.
- Hands-on expertise in social media management and social media tracking ideally with a proven track record running paid social campaigns end-to-end including reporting.
- Openness to also cover other marketing topics such as graphic design (Photoshop InDesign) as needed but not as a generalist without depth in your core field.
- High self-motivation strong organizational skills and a hands-on mentality with a good eye for design pragmatic and comfortable using AI tools such as Claude to work efficiently.
- Native-level Spanish and strong English language skills.
