Strategy Week is the most important event of RavenPacks year. Senior leadership international clients and speakers come together in Marbella for a week of strategy sessions which closes with our awards ceremony.

Were looking for a reliable bilingual and hands-on Event Support Assistant to work alongside our events team on the ground. Youll be the extra pair of hands that keeps things running smoothly: welcoming guests managing kits and materials helping with local transport and solving small problems before anyone notices them.

You dont need previous events experience. If youre organized punctual and great with people well give you everything you need to succeed.

We are looking for someone available for 3 weeks from November 30th to December Friday 18th

• Before the event: Youll get a briefing with the events team covering the run-of-show key guests and vendors and your role each day. Youll also help prepare welcome kits merch and materials.

• During Strategy Week: Youll be on-site supporting reception guest relations transfers and daily logistics with a clear point of contact from our team.

• After the event: Youll help with wrap-up including collecting materials returns and closing out logistics.

• Run the welcome and reception desk greeting and assisting clients speakers and attendees with a professional friendly presence.

• Prepare and distribute welcome kits merchandise and event documentation.

• Support local transport and mobility including coordinating transfers and handling local travel needs and errands.

• Act as a communication link between the internal team external vendors and guests.

• Help with the setup and smooth running of the awards ceremony.

• Stay flexible and handle the day-to-day tasks and small issues that come up during a live event.

• Fluent English and Spanish as youll interact daily with international guests.

• A valid drivers licence and your own car available for local travel during the project.

• Based in or near Marbella and able to work on-site at our office and event venues.

• Full availability for the event dates including prep and wrap-up days and evenings for the awards ceremony.

• Strongly organized punctual and comfortable juggling several things at once.

• Professional polished and approachable with guests.

• Experience in hospitality hotel reception events or guest-facing roles.

• Familiarity with corporate events or international audiences.

• A calm problem-solving attitude under pressure.

• Behind-the-scenes access to an international corporate strategy summit and awards ceremony working directly with senior leadership and global clients.

• Strong credible experience for a CV in events hospitality or executive support.

• A reference letter and the possibility of joining us again for future events.
