This position is for you if

• Youre passionate about software engineering and have at least 5 years of experience developing in Python delivering ML/AI solutions in production that generate real impact.
• Youre skilled in RAG systems (chunking indexing retrieval) and know how to get the right information to the model at exactly the right moment.
• You have experience or solid technical curiosity with Databricks especially MLflow and Unity Catalog and are familiar with both classic ML delivery patterns and the latest agentbased approaches.
• Youve participated in the design and operation of multiuser platforms and feel comfortable working with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) CI/CD identity and secrets management network isolation and policy as code.
• Experience migrating from Kubernetes/Seldon to Mosaic is a strong plus.
• You care about data security and governanceand if you already know Unity Catalog even better.
• And of course you have that colorful DNA: you love learning sharing knowledge and working as part of a team. You also communicate fluently in English and enjoy collaborating with international teams.
